What We Collect and Why

- If you consent: anonymous analytics (PostHog)
- Never: advertising data, behavioral profiles
How AI Analysis Works
AI is a calculator, not a judge. It analyzes your scenario, generates projections, and flags risk factors. It does not make decisions, predict outcomes, or speak on your behalf.
Your data is not stored at Anthropic and is not used for model training.
What AI Does NOT Do
- Does not predict court outcomes
- Does not say "accept" or "reject" any offer
- Does not provide legal advice
- Does not suggest hiding or transferring assets
- Does not say you don't need a lawyer
Your Data Rights
- Export: Settings → Privacy → Download JSON
- Delete account: Settings → Privacy → Delete Account (permanent within 30 days)
- GDPR and KVKK compliant by design.
Payment Security
Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Card details never reach SettleLens servers. Subscription management is handled in the Paddle portal.
Who Can See Your Data
No Anthropic employee, SettleLens team member, or third party has accessed your financial data. Only you can see your scenarios, assets, and reports.
Supabase Row Level Security: every query enforces auth.uid() = user_id.
