What We Collect and Why

  • Only what you enter: assets, debts, income, scenario data
  • If you consent: anonymous analytics (PostHog)
  • Never: advertising data, behavioral profiles

How AI Analysis Works

AI is a calculator, not a judge. It analyzes your scenario, generates projections, and flags risk factors. It does not make decisions, predict outcomes, or speak on your behalf.

Your data is not stored at Anthropic and is not used for model training.

What AI Does NOT Do

  • Does not predict court outcomes
  • Does not say "accept" or "reject" any offer
  • Does not provide legal advice
  • Does not suggest hiding or transferring assets
  • Does not say you don't need a lawyer

Your Data Rights

Payment Security

Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Card details never reach SettleLens servers. Subscription management is handled in the Paddle portal.

Who Can See Your Data

SettleLens is designed so that no Anthropic employee, team member, or third party can access your financial data. Only you have access to your scenarios, assets, and reports.

Supabase Row Level Security: every query enforces auth.uid() = user_id.
